Q: How long prior to flight time must I arrive at the executive terminal?
A: We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to departure time.

Q: Can car rentals be arranged at executive terminals on arrival/departure?
A: Yes, our crew can make arrangements for rental cars or taxis upon arrival.

Q: Can special catering requests be made?
A: Yes, ideally a couple of days in advance.

Q: If I want to depart earlier or later than originally scheduled, can this be done?
A: Yes, our pilots carry cell phones which are activated at all times, and would be pleased to adjust your flight schedule. We fly when you want to fly.

Q: Do your planes have range to travel overseas?
A: Yes, our Challenger 604s can fly non-stop from Vancouver to Britain, or reach Tokyo or Korea with only one quick stop.

Q: How many passengers do your planes carry?
A: Learjet 45s carry 8 passengers comfortably (9th seat optional). The Challenger 604s carry 12 passengers comfortably.

Q: Are there washroom facilities on board?
A: Yes.

Q: How do we clear International Customs?
A: London Air Services will request your passport information prior to your flight and provide the information to customs ahead of time. This usually ensures quick and efficient clearance at your destination. For our security clearance purposes we do ask for passenger information, even on domestic flights.
